TIFFANY STUDIOS DAMASCENE LAMP.

Tiffany Studios lamp has large gold damascene shade. The gold iridescence shows nice platinum and pink highlights. Shade is signed in the fitter “L.C.T.” and rests on a Tiffany Studios oil lamp base with bulbous body and four applied feet resting atop a round platform. Base has an incised stylized band encircling the shoulder. It is fitted with a bronze three arm spider. Oil burner has been electrified and drilled. Base has a dark brown patina and is signed on the underside “Tiffany Studios New York 11408”. SIZE: Shade is 13-3/4″ dia. Lamp is 19-1/2″ t to top of shade. CONDITION: Shade is very good with one small chip on upper rim. Base is missing oil font and a replacement top has been affixed to the base to house the burner.
