CONTEMPORARY BRASS “ZEPHYR” STREAMLINE MODEL TRAIN.

In the early 1990s the Consoli Family Train Co. of Wayne, NJ made arrangements to produce a limited edition of high quality all brass trains. For one reason or another shortly after the run began, the production ceased. This locomotive and two cars with ribbed roofs are separated by accordion paper insert connectors and have plaques reading “Burlington Zephyr”, “Railway Express Agency” and “United States Mail Railway Post Office”. This set is number 8 of 9 that Antonio Consoli produced. SIZE: 38″ l overall. CONDITION: Near excellent with motor unit detached but present. 1-14157 (200-400) – Lot 3502
