Lot includes a McLoughlin Brothers paper litho block puzzle featuring the Palmer Cox Brownies in six different scenes. Accompanied by guide sheets for all six puzzles (fair to poor condition) and an August Flower and German Syrup booklet featuring the Brownies. Lot also includes an advertising poster for Babbitt’s Best Soap picturing “The Brownie’s Trial” lithographed by the Donaldson Brothers in 1895. SIZE: Blocks are 13-1/2″ l x 11″ w. Poster is approximately 12-3/4″ w x 28-1/2″ h. CONDITION: Puzzle complete and in generally good condition with some edge wear to blocks. Box label shows some tears, soiling and reinforcement. Poster has a few light horizontal creases and a small tear. Otherwise generally good to very good. 1-14080 (400-600) – Lot 3455
