*MARLIN MODEL 1893 LEVER ACTION RIFLE. Cal. 38-55. Standard grade rifle with 26″ oct. bbl, full magazine, silver blade Rocky Mountain front sight and semi-buckhorn rear sight. Case colored receiver, lever, hammer and buttplate, uncheckered wood with straight stock and crescent steel buttplate. SN 94942. CONDITION: Excellent, plus. Near new. Retains 98-99% strong bright original finish overall with only a hint of edge wear and a small scratch on the left side of the receiver. Wood is sound with only one or two very minor mars to the finish. Buttplate retains traces of original colors, being mostly gray case colors. Bright shiny bore. 4-46086 JR377 (1,500-2,500)
