UNUSUAL FULL BARREL CANE GUN-SWORD. Cane with a stag handle having an antique hallmark sterling color at top on a fruitwood colored shaft. Cane pulls apart at mid section to reveal a pepperbox type bbl with four shots. Each of the bbls are separated by flutes and the very center of the bbl extends by way of a four sided spear-point dagger. Each of the bbls appear to be around 22 Cal. each. Dagger portion signed “Paris-Brevette” and the breech of the gun marked Paris. Bbl also hallmarked in an oval with the letters E L G and X. SIZE: Length of cane is approx. 34”. CONDITION: The mellowed wood shaft of the cane has a slight crack near the back, English sterling band has some dents, gun mechanism, A-grade finish with gray-brown finish overall. A small piece of the calking mechanism appears to be missing so if you are attacked, you will have to use the dagger, not the gun. 4-47633 (1,750-2,750)
