*COLT MODEL 1901 ARMY REVOLVER. Marked on butt “U.S. / ARMY / MODEL / 1901 / No / 65 / 035” with matching numbers on the cylinder catch, frame and bottom of bbl. “R.A.C” inspectors marks appear on the left side of the frame, the bottom of both grips, and twice on the cylinder. “L.E.S.” also appears on the left side of the frame. A large No. 16 is stamped into the left grip. CONDITION: Fine with 90% blue worn on top of the frame and on the backstrap. The butt is slightly battered, the action is tight. 4-46430 FS504 (500-900)
