RARE AND IMPORTANT BRONZE SITTING MONKEY DOORSTOP. Circa 1920, Lancaster, Pennsylvania. Made by the Hubley Manufacturing Company. Depicting a seated monkey with long tail curled around its body. Note: The doorstop reputedly made by an employee using bronze for the castings rather than iron, as was typical. SIZE: 8-1/4″ h.
