The foot and headboards, each with ball turned finials on baluster turned posts, each joined by a turned blanket rail on tapering cylindrical legs. The headboard and footboard joined by square rails. The two-seater ladderback settee with arms and with woven seats, on primitive cylindrical legs joined by conforming box stretchers. The folding bootjack with turned handles joined to vertical supports fitted with shaped boot board. SIZE: Bed height: 27-1/2″. Frame width overall: 27″. Overall length: 72″. Settee back: 27″ h. Settee seat: 13″ h. Settee length: 35″. Bootjack height: 31-1/2″. Overall bootjack length open: 22″ PROVENANCE: From a fine Maine and New York private collection. CONDITION: Very good overall.
