AMERICAN BIRCH AND PINE STEP-BACK CUPBOARD. Mid 19th century. The rectangular cabinet in two parts. The upper case with cove-molded cornice fitted with a nine panel glass door opening to an interior of two fixed shelves. The top set back on the conforming lower case of two aligned short drawers above a cupboard door on a molded base raised on bracket feet. SIZE: 80-1/2″ h x 34″ w x 24″ d. CONDITION: Recently repolished with nut brown color. Oval brass hardware original, brass ring door handles later reproductions. Cabinet retains original back panels. 9-28828 (1,250-1,500)
