*BROWNING BAR GRADE II SEMI-AUTO RIFLE. SN 63624M9. Cal. 30-06. 22″ rnd bbl, serrated front ramp with dovetailed gold bead sight, flip-up rear sight. Left side of bbl forward of rear sight is marked “BROWNING ARMS COMPANY/MADE IN BELGIUM”, right side “CALIBER 30 06 ONLY/PATENT PENDING”. The Grade II receiver is engraved on left side with head of bull elk and right side with head of antelope and minimal open scroll. Topped with Leupold 1-pc base and rings. Mounted with nicely figured walnut checkered pistol grip, Browning hard rubber buttplate, sling swivel stud 3-3/4″ from toe, wrap-around checkered forend with sling swivel stud. Gun comes with 2 magazines. CONDITION: Fine. Bbl retains 97-98% original blue, with faint muzzle wear, a few minor handling marks and a couple small scratches behind rear sight. Receiver retains 97-98& original blue with a few small handling marks and just starting to silver at sharp edges. Floor plate and trigger guard retain nearly all of the black anodized finish. Stock is sound with good checkering, a couple of minor shallow depression and typical nicks & scratches, retaining most of its orig finish. Forend is sound with good checkering, some minor nicks & dings retaining most of its orig finish. Mechanics are crisp with a nice shiny bore. 4-40172 BDT33 (800-1,200)
