*OUTSTANDING PARKER TROJAN GRADE SIDE BY SIDE SHOTGUN. SN 225171. Cal. 12 ga. 26″ Trojan Steel bbls. Matted concave rib, with single silver sighting bead. 2-3/4″ chambers IMP.CYL/IMP.MOD choke, extractors, and double triggers. Top bbl rib marked, “Parker Bros. Makers. Meriden CT. U.S.A. Trojan Steel.” Usual Trojan receiver engraved only with “Parker Bros.” on each side. Mounted with straight grain walnut, single diamond checkered splinter forend, checkered pistol grip, and 14″ to serrated hard rubber butt plate. Parker Serialization book identifies this gun as found. Bore diameter: left -.729, right -.736. Bore restrictions: left -.035, right -.014. Wall thickness: left -.038, right -.033. Drop at heel: 2-3/8″. Drop at comb: 1-5/8″. Weight: 7 lbs 4 oz. CONDITION: Extremely fine. Bbls retain 98-99% orig blue with very slight muzzle wear and just a few of the very light handling marks. Receiver has 90-95% orig color, strong on sides and protected areas, thinned to a silvery mixed patina in carrying area. Stocks are sound with just a few very minor handling marks, and retains most of it’s finish. Mechanics are crisp, and bores are shiny. 4-32037 BDT115 (3,000-5,000)
