RARE EARLY RND ACTION HAMMER LIFTER PARKER WITH BACK ACTION LOCKS. Cal. 12 ga. SN 0229. Unusual Parker with 28″ decarbonized steel bbls with smooth tapered rib, sgl bead & extractors. Wood is nicely figured American walnut with checkered splinter forearm with wedge & straight stock, 14-3/8″ over a smooth steel buttplate. CONDITION: Good. Bbls retain most of an old restored finish with several dents on the top and a deep dbl gouge on the left side. Receiver & lockplates are a silver/gray patina. Stock has several splices around the top tang & left lockplate, a repaired toe, with usual nicks & dings and retains most of an old refinish.
