*WINCHESTER MODEL 1892 LEVER ACTION SADDLE RING CARBINE. Cal. 25-20. SN 931075. Standard carbine with 20″ rnd bbl, full magazine, square base front sight & carbine ladder rear sight. Receiver has a staple & ring in the left side. Wood is very nicely figured, uncheckered American walnut, with straight stock & carbine butt. Entire carbine has a coating of old dried oil and should clean very nicely. CONDITION: Fine. Bbl retains 80-85% orig blue with the balance a plum patina. Magazine tube is mostly a plum patina. Receiver retains 75-80% thin orig blue turning plum on top & bottom. Stock has a chip in the wrist & minor nicks & scratches elsewhere, with oil staining around the wrist and otherwise retains most of its orig factory finish.
