JAPANESE SHOWA-TO IN BUKE-ZUKURI MOUNTS. 27” shinogi zukuri blade. Midare oil temper line. Signature is light and scratchy with surface rust and is illegible though the Seki stamp is visible. SIZE: 39” long overall. MOUNTS: Showa period civilian with brass floral design to the tsuba. Fuchi and kashira. Red and black lacquered saya. CONDITION: Blade in good polish with light scuffs and minor rust. Blue tsuka ito is loose at the kashira. Saya with some dings and chipping. 4-54992-28 GA44 (500-700)
