JAPANESE BUKE-ZUKURI MOUNTED KATANA. 27 7/8” shinogi zukuri blade. San bon suji hamon with shinto yakidashi, mokume hada. Signed “KANEMOTO”. Obviously a later generation. SIZE: 41” long overall. MOUNTS: Tsuba, fuchi kashira of shakudo, well made and shaped but plain. Black lacquered saya. CONDITION: Menuki and tsuka ito missing.
