*RARE SAVAGE MODEL 1907 MILITARY TEST TRIAL PISTOL. Cal. 45 ACP. SN 106. Extremely rare, less than 300 total production in the period 1907-1911. It has 5-1/8″ bbl with narrow top rib, very fine fixed sights and has “SAVAGE ARMS CORP. UTICA, N.Y. U.S.A.” by the rib on the left side with “CAL 45” on the top. It has full checkered walnut grips and a staggered column blue magazine numbered on the back “101”. CONDITION: About fine. Retains a dull blue finish overall with fine pitting on the right forward edge of the frame and very fine pitting on the right side at the muzzle. Left grip shows moderate wear as does the right, and it is missing a 1/4″ sliver from the entire back edge. Magazine retains about 95% strong orig blue.
