UNIDENTIFIED COLT POCKET MODEL CONVERSION REVOLVER. SN 74710 matching except replacement wedge, which has no number. Cal. .22. 5” rnd bbl. The cylinder is only 1” long and, like the bbl, has been lined to the new caliber. There is a sleeve over the rear of the cylinder that contains the rear sight. The loading gate is unlike any made by Colt in that it completely fills the loading slot in the right side of the recoil shield and has a turn screw lock to keep it in place. An even dozen screws are used to attach the conversion parts to the frame. CONDITION: Retains about 90% of the nickel-plate applied at the time of conversion.
