UNIDENTIFIED MODEL 1816 CONTRACT MUSKET. Cal. 69. 42” rnd bbl. The only marking on the gun is the eagle in front of the hammer. The sling swivels are missing. The are no proof marks or cartouches. The bbl bands have no retainers. CONDITION: Rust/brown patina overall, appears to be original flintlock. Several cracks in the wood but the stock is still solid.
