HERMAN GOERING PRESENTATION SILVER CIGARETTE CASE. Single row silver case, 4-3/4” long x 3-1/8” wide x 3/8” thick. The back is marked “925” signifying sterling silver and has a maker’s mark in a similar sized circle. The interior is gold washed with an engraved presentation thanking someone for something and has an engraved signature of Herman Goring. CONDITION: Unfortunately someone has sanded inside the lid and removed most of the presentation and damaged Goering’s signature. Elastic retainer band is missing from the bottom side, otherwise it is fine. 4-51455 JR823 (1,200-1,800)
