LOT OF 2 SMITH & WESSON NEW MODEL #3 REVOLVERS. 1) Cal. 38-44. Blued finish, 6-1/2” bb, target model, short 1-line address, smooth 2-pc walnut grips, modified front sight and original target rear sight. SN 3363. CONDITION: Fair to good. Mostly a blue-brown patina with fine surface pitting with a couple spots heavier. Grips are worn and not numbered to this revolver. All metal is matching. Strong dark bore, loose mechanics. 2) Appears to be Cal. 45 Schofield. Nickel finish, 6-1/2” bbl, replacement 2-pc pearl grips with a lanyard loop in the butt. Serial number is stamped in tiny letters on the right side of the grip frame. SN 7869. CONDITION: About good. Poor re-nickel, an assembled parts gun with various numbers on the bbl, latch and cylinder none of which match the frame. The number “21” is stamped on the butt. Grips are fine with minor chips.
