2 PIECE WOODEN BOX. Marked on the top portion “JS Fowler / CO B 48” / USV”. The styling is more oriental than American with tan rings at the base to hold the straps which run through slots cut in the wood on top, similar to the Japanese Inro. SIZE: 9”w x 6-3/4”h x 3-3/4”d. CONDITION: The carrying strap retainers have all been broken and repaired. The top has been split on both ends. There is much wear to the pieces, but it has a nice overall appearance. 4-48855 FS206 (500-1,000)
