Backstrap is beautifully engraved “TO R.B. from Chief Bob Smith’84”. It is believed the Chief Smith was the Chief of Police of Knoxville, TN. Sideplate has the logo of the Tennessee Asso.03 of Chiefs of Police and is also marked “CHARTERED 1970”. SN ADR5183.
