*SMITH & WESSON PRE-PRODUCTION SAMPLE OF A K-32 TARGET REVOLVER. Cal. 32 S&W long. Unfinished, in the white, with rough machine marks but with all roll marks and numbers except on the cylinder and bbl. Bbl is 6” with a partridge front sight and round top adjustable rear sight. Square butt with diamond checkered medallion grips. Cylinder is apparently from a finished revolver, as it is polished with blue in the flutes and on the ejector rod. SN 679643. CONDITION: As noted. Grips show substantial wear. Bore is as new, mechanics are tight. A most unusual piece that would add to anyone’s collection. 4-48131 JR235 (Anderson Collection) (2,000-3,500)
