Very pretty Fairyland Lustre vase in the Candlemas pattern is decorated with three panels depicting large blue candles with woman’s head in place of a flame set against a midnight lustre background. Each panel is separated by a line of fairies clinging to a bell pole against a light blue lustre background. Signed on the underside with gold Portland vase mark, “Wedgwood England” and “Z5157”.
