HANDEL REVERSE PAINTED SCENIC LAMP. Wonderful Handel shade has vertically ribbed conical shape and is reverse painted with a rich sunset scene. Scene depicts trees, hills and a lake painted in warm oranges and yellows representing the sunset and a multitude of earthen hues. The shade is extremely well painted and is a very nice example of this model. The shade is supported by a large bulbous base with complimentary vertical ribbing, it is completed with three sockets, pull chains, top cap and finial all having a nice chocolate brown finish. The shade is signed “Handel 6534” as well as signed in the rim “Handel Lamps”. Base is signed “Handel Lamps” on a felt label. SIZE: Shade 18″ dia. Overall 23″ t.
