POTTERY CARD TRAY ATTRIBUTED TO GALLE. Having a rolled rim with dark blue center fading to powder blue with rectangular card shaped design in center surrounded by sprays of large pink petal flowers. Underside with remnants of original paper label from Ovington of Chicago. Indiscernible signature or letters but certainly very similar to Gallé-type pottery of the 19th Century. SIZE: Approx. 12” l x 8-1/2” w. CONDITION: Natural old crazing on the surface and very good. 5-63366 (750-1,250)
