EXTREMELY RARE MT. WASHINGTON PEACH BLOW CHINESE INSPIRED VASE. Superb coloration of deep pink to pale blue-white. Decorated with regular decoration No. 5 Hawthorne 1885-1890. For a similar example see Fig. 10-23 on page 244 of Mt. Washington & Pairpoint Glass by Kenneth Wilson. Large examples of Mt. Washington Peach Blow are extremely hard to find and this is a superb example. SIZE: 9-1/2” t x 4-1/2” dia. CONDITION: Very good to excellent. 8-76174 (6,500-8,500)
