MULLER APPLE PICKER VASE. Rare Muller cameo vase has brown apple trees against a mottled orange background. At the bottom of the tree is a winged cherub climbing to get the fruit. Two other cherubs sit at the foot of the tree. The reverse side shows an orange sunset. Cameo work is nicely detailed in both cherubs and vegetation. A band at the top of the vase has butterflies encircling the neck. Signed on the foot “Muller Fres Luneville”. SIZE: 12” t. CONDITION: Very slight roughness at outside of lip, appears to be from manufacture, otherwise very good to excellent. 5-71849 (3,000-4,000)
