18K SAPPHIRE & DIAMOND BROOCH PENDANT. Outstanding 18k white gold brooch is fashioned in the form of a bow. Bow is set with a center 5.5mm blue Ceylon sapphire, which is clustered with five Old Mine cut diamonds ranging from 3mm to 5mm. The remainder of the bow is set with single cut diamonds and sapphires. The brooch is also equipped with a pendant ring for suspension from a chain. SIZE: 1-1/4” l x 3/8” w.
