GERMAN MECHANICAL PULL TOY. German toy with Little Bo Peep theme, a girl with her sheep. The wool covered sheep with papier mache head and green glass eyes has his original bell and as the toy is pulled the little girl’s arm goes from side to side. The wooden platform base has a lithographed patterned floor with red trim on the side. The girl’s clothing appears to be original and the bisque head is simply incised “Germany 7/0”. Accompanied by a spectacular grain painted wood, glass front display box. SIZE: Platform 12″ (31 cm) l x 5″ (13 cm) w. Height from base of wheel to top of girl’s head 11-1/2″ (30 cm). CONDITION: Overall very good, albeit quite dusty. 1-13468 (1,500-2,000)
