LOT OF TWO GERMAN BISQUE DOLLS AND ONE AMERICAN COMPOSITION DOLL. Larger German doll is a brown bisque Kestner simply incised “Made In Germany” and has brown glass sleep eyes, open mouth with four upper square teeth, well painted upper and lower lashes and multi-stroke eyebrows, on the original fully jointed wood and composition body whose color well matches the head. Smaller bisque doll is incised “S & H 1279 DEP GERMANY 6” and has blue glass sleep eyes, open mouth with two upper teeth, deep dimples, and is on the original fully jointed wood and composition body. In addition is a Madame Alexander Dionne Quintuplet with original clothes and with her name pin marked “Yvonne”. SIZE: Tallest 17″ (43 cm) (Kestner). Smallest 7-1/2″ (19 cm) (Madame Alexander). CONDITION: Overall very good. Neck socket of torso of S & H doll has missing gesso. 1-13168 (500-700)
