BUDDY L STAKE SIDE LUMBER TRUCK. A slightly later version with solid disc wheels, this unique truck features three rollers in the bed with a crank handle on the third roller next to the tailgate. One would lower the tail gate and crank the lumber on or off the bed. A tough unit to find. Perhaps the condition of this truck is not on par with the condition of the rest of this collection, but by all means is still in very good to fine original condition. Most noticeable is some chipping and alligatoring to the cab roof and engine hood. The bed itself is in exceptional condition with only minimal wear/chipping. Included with this lot, the consignor reluctantly added five replica stakes to finish the vehicle off at the insistence of a close friend. SIZE: 25″ l.
