SUPERLATIVE EXAMPLE OF THE KAMMER & REINHARDT CHARACTER “CARL”. Head incised “K*R 107 55″ with all molded and painted features with superior facial modeling featuring upturned lip, slight space between the lips, turned down mouth and double chin as well as dimple in center of chin, blue painted eyes with dark eyeliner and glancing ever so slightly to the right, one stroke slanted eyebrows and protruding ears. He is on the original fully jointed German wood and composition body and wears his original dark blond mohair wig and dressed as a 1910 era schoolboy with white linen short, plaid neckerchief, high waist brown brushed suede pants and antique leather belt as well as brown antique leather boots and brown corduroy cap. SIZE: 21-3/4” (55cm). CONDITION: Excellent; some minor age wear on fingertips. 1-12299 (45,000-65,000)
