Third lever raises and lowers plow blade in conjunction with foot pedal. Unusual feature of this model is the back turning wheel tied to the front wheel. Accompanied by two robust brass full bodied horses with leather trappings mounted to wooden bases for a striking display. SIZE: 22″ l x 16″ w x 9-1/2″ t. Horses 16″ l x 13″ t.
