25 CENT MILLS WAR EAGLE. A classic 1930s Mills slot machine. Oftentimes, the various machine manufacturers changed the exterior appearance in the hopes of appealing to potential players. In the 1930s, Mills created the Silent Series, consisting of the War Eagle, the Castle Front, the Roman Front, and the Bursting Cherry. All of these machines featured elaborate front castings of various design with vibrant colors added to attract potential players. This particular machine is a replica of the original model with newer cabinet, but an older original mechanism. Mechanics are fine and machine appears to be in excellent working order.
