COCA-COLA 1904 LILLIAN NORDICA PAPER SIGN. Extremely rare and desirable advertisement featuring Lillian Nordica posing in long white flowing gown in richly detailed parlor setting. Design elements include an oriental rug on floor, serpentine parlor table with Coca-Cola items, folding screen, and a floral garland draped over her head. SIZE: Image: 14-1/4″ w x 19-1/2″ h. CONDITION: Sign has had professional restoration to several tears, areas of paper loss and her gown. Repaired tears radiate from lower right portion of sign, longest extending over to parlor table. Several areas of paper loss at extreme top and bottom have been inpainted as has the lower portion of Lillian’s gown. Overall darkening to surface finish typical of signs of this age.
