LOVELY BRU JNE BEBE.

LOVELY BRU JNE BEBE. Both bisque head and shoulder are incised “Bru Jne 7”. She is on her original leather body with remnants of original paper label on front torso with shoulder plate attached to the body and covered by original scalloped leather collarette. Body is the Chevrot type body with jointed wooden and lower legs and long bisque forearms with kid over metal upper arms. She has lovely blue paperweight eyes and protruding upper lip with definite molded tongue tip showing between the upper and lower lip. She wears replacement shoes, a beautifully made two-piece cream and pink silk Bru style dress with braid trim and has a rabbit fur muff dangling from her neck. The brown human hair wig is antique and is covered by a matching white fur hat with cloth flowers. SIZE: 19″ (48cm). CONDITION: Very good; a few very minor kiln dust spots on face with pinkie on right hand probably restored. 1-11421 (18,000-22,000)
