FINE EARLY WOODEN TARGET GAME WITH GUMBALL DISPENSER & PENNY BACK. Early machine most likely from the teens/1920s, this wooden case target practice with aluminum trims and gun works on the premise that if you shot the penny into the bulls eye a bell would ring and your coin would be returned. If however you missed, the coin would fall into the center section and by depressing a rod on the front of the machine, a gumball would be dispensed to you. A neat, early 20th Century gambling/arcade/skill coin operated device. SIZE: 15″ x 8″ x 19″. CONDITION: In untouched, as found original condition. Working order. Minor adjustment to v-shaped glass where pennies roll down. Small sliver of wood missing on top. Otherwise machine is in very nice original condition. 1-9530 (800-1,200)
