ANTIQUE WALTERSHAUSEN DOLLS’ HOUSE FURNITURE, DOLLS & ACCESSORIES. Waltershausen (Boulle) furniture includes half tester bed having gold transfer work on four sides topped with a contemporary half tester top trimmed in lace and peach ribbon. Bed is completed with lace coverlet and pillow. An unusual Gothic-style china cabinet with a round mirror and door having drawer below and interior shelves and original blue paper, a marble top washstand with center drawer with three sided gallery, a marble top dressing table with mirror and scalloped trim around mirror and large center drawer. Accessories include an ormolu vanity with three part mirror having rope-like legs and open pierce work trim, an Art Deco table, an Art Nouveau vase with handles, ormolu side table, metal candlestick with a lithophane panel in the front, a dressing table mirror, a beaded chandelier with electric bulb and three ormolu framed prints. SIZE: Display cabinet is 6-3/4″ t. PROVENANCE: From the Estate of Geraldine Gaba, Scottsdale, AZ. CONDITION: Fair to good. Top and railings on the half tester bed have been re-created, the ormolu dressing table has one mirror panel off and needs repair, one leg on the dressing table has been replaced and another has been broken and re-glued and the mirror as been added.
