TWO LARGE GERMAN BISQUE DOLLS. a) 36″, (91 CM), life-size child incised “ARMAND MARSEILLES, GERMANY 390 A. 17. M.” on fully jointed body wearing white child’s dress and children’s patent leather shoes. The wig is a human hair replacement. CONDITION: Body finish original slight wear, eyes are in a stationary position, dark coloration to upper mold lines on each side. b) 28-1/2″, (72 cm), doll incised “CM BERGMANN SIMON & HALBIG 12” with brown glass sleep eyes, painted lower lashes, enameled eyebrows, open mouth with four upper teeth, on fully articulated original body, dressed in antique white cotton dress and brown overcoat and replacement black wig. CONDITION: Body finish original, bisque head excellent, lacking original silk upper lashes. 1-7328 RS (400-600)
