LIONEL STANDARD GAUGE #400E STEAM TYPE LOCOMOTIVE AND TENDER. This is Lionel’s top of the line locomotive and is bright black copper trim and red on wheels and pilot, with black letter boards with white printing. Includes twelve-wheel tank tender with six-wheel trucks, pressed journals, black paint with brass and copper trim. CONDITION: Some spidering in paint to locomotive, frame is in wonderful condition, some tarnish to trim fittings; drive wheels are fine on tender but some of the pilot wheels are fatigued; overall condition and appearance is very good plus. EC 1-3038 (1,500-2,200)
