17 1/2” GLASS EYED CLOSE MOUTH TURNED SHOULDER HEAD DOLL. Incised “639,” “7,” on gusseted leather body jointed at shoulders and elbows, with bisque forearms. Lovely doll with blue stationary paperweight eyes with head in a slightly downcast look, looking to the right, wearing auburn human hair wig of corkscrew curls. Dressed in colorful costume with cloth flower decoration and hat with corresponding colors. CONDITION: Very good quality bisque, minimal peppering to left cheek, body clean and sturdy, arms with no damage. RS 1-3578 (500-800)
