VERY RARE CANNIBAL HEAD CAP CANE. Of unknown manufacture. Ca. 1900. This cannibal head with exaggerated grotesque features of an African native made as cap bomb, but is the only known example made to take cane handle. Identical to bomb version except bottom casting was made to fit cane shaft. Slam cannibal down on head and cap explodes. SIZE: Overall 33″, head measures 2 3/4″. CONDITION: Very good with nice patina. MC 1-4272-1148 (800-1,200)
