Large hand wheel and figure-8 shaped base plate with nautical scene decal. SIZE: 11 1/2″ l. x 10 1/2″ t. x 8″ d. CONDITION: Upper arm has hairline break to casting, brackets are broken, some surface rust, otherwise generally good. 1-1519 (250-350)
