Japanese flagship Mastushima visible upper right. Signed and titled in margins. By descent through the family of Phillo N. McGriffin, Captain USN, who served aboard one of the two Chinese cruisers able to escape the battle. SIZE: 14-1/2″ h x 28-1/2″ l (sight).
