OGDEN MINTON PLEISSNER (American, 1905-1983) “AUTUMN GROUSE HUNT”. Outstanding watercolor hunting scene shows a hunter with shotgun at shoulder aimed at a recently flushed grouse with pointer standing in grass covered ground. Remnants of light snow are seen in the cart track & stone wall. Signed lower right. Housed in a modern decorative frame with linen matte and inner gilt liner.
