HEAVY ANTIQUE CHINESE BRONZE COVERED INCENSE BURNER. 19th Century. With relief scroll design around the body of the base, each leg ending in clawed paws with ornamental Foo Dog at the knee. Handles are on either side are serpents, the pierced openwork top with vine, dragon and lotus leaf design. Underside impressed with and out of period Ming Dynasty mark. SIZE: 8-1/2″ w x 10-1/2″ h.
