SEMI-ANTIQUE HERIZ. NORTHWEST PERSIA. The large Arabesque poled medallion with dense polychrome geometric figures all in a rose-red field within ivory spandrels similarly decorated the blue black main border with geometric polychrome latticework. SIZE: 11′ 5″ x 7′ 10″ CONDITION: Carpet retains full pile overall. Small but distinct area of moth damage at outer corners of central medallion and in one corner of guard border.
