She holds a red fan in lap and sits on a balcony overlooking water. Signed upper left “Metcalf”. Housed in a fine gesso decorated gilt frame with linen liner. Marked “Guido Frame Studio, Boston”. Two gallery labels affixed to reverse from the Margaret Brown Gallery, Boston and The Mayo Hill Galleries, Delray Beach, FL and Wellfleet, MA.
