KEN KNOWLES (American, 1968-) “HITCHING UP AT TOPSFIELD FAIRGROUND”. Outstanding oil on canvas town fair scene shows a team of large horses being hitched up to a red wagon by four men. A large crimson maple towers over the scene with many fair goers stopping at the food concessions with the ferris wheel as backdrop. Signed lower right and housed in a fine gilt carved wood wide frame. Titled, signed and dated on reverse “2000”. SIZE: 30″ x 40″. CONDITION: Very good to excellent. 9-99428 (2,000-3,000)
